Our panel manufacturing capabilities are unrivalled and we offer a vast range of projects scaling from a single panel to high profile projects comprising of over 200 panels. Our panels can be manufactured to tight deadlines to meet project requirements.
The Design Stage
One of Combined Services unique selling points is that for customers who require a complete panel build package, we employ an in house design team of skilled engineers who work with the client throughout the entire design process, to create a client approved set of drawings ready for manufacture. Drawings can be produced in AutoCAD or EPLAN depending on customer requirements.
The services of our manufacturing workshop are also available to build panels to client’s own drawings and specifications for incorporation into client’s systems.
The Manufacturing Stage
Approved drawings are passed to our fully equipped workshop facility where control panels are,unless specified by the client, manufactured to BSN 60439-1.
Customers can rest assured that as part of our ISO: 9001 quality management system and our commitment for continuous improvement,our panels are checked and tested before being dispatched to site.
The Client Testing Stage
What sets us aside from the competition is our on premise fully functional client test area complete with test rig, which along with our client meeting room can be booked by our clients to run functional tests and control panel demonstrations.
The Installation Stage
Utilising our national network of trusted electrical sub-contractors we can also offer competitive control panel installation and on site testing.
